Great Service Means Happy Customers

It seems Volvo Brossard has swapped out an entire new crew at the service department. The service I received was night and day comparing to two years ago my last visit (from meh to wow). Luc has been extremely polite. He took his time explaining my service details and made me feel like Volvo values me as a client. The level of professionalism has well surpassed Lexus and Mercedes. Luc makes my visit enjoyable at dealership again.

Our 2016 xc60 broke down coming back from Nova Scotia to Ottawa.We had it towed that evening to Park Avenue where they fitted it right in the next morning as an emergency. The CSR , Sarah B Lepine , provided exemplarary and timely , frequent service updates. We thought it was from immediate pre failure bad gas fill up but Sarah reassured us no expensive further fishing expeditions were advisable as the cars glitch disappeared and ran fine with normal scans.Sarah fitted in two additional test drives to show it was fine to resume our big trip. The receptionist , Marie Josee , was also fantastic.As our taxi was delayed that night , she offered to drive us in her own Volvo over to our hotel. We were back on the road only 24h later. A great dealer experience from start to finish ( and in an emergency ) , all around !
