It seems Volvo Brossard has swapped out an entire new crew at the service department. The service I received was night and day comparing to two years ago my last visit (from meh to wow). Luc has been extremely polite. He took his time explaining my service details and made me feel like Volvo values me as a client. The level of professionalism has well surpassed Lexus and Mercedes. Luc makes my visit enjoyable at dealership again.
