We had previously experienced a few unpleasant situations at Uptown Volvo in Mont-Royal and had actually decided to purchase another brand of vehicle because of those experiences. After visiting a few other dealerships, we decided to give Volvo one last chance, this time at Volvo Brossard. And we are so glad we did.

I bought an XC60 B5 Volvo a couple of weeks ago here, service was amazing from the start. From the moment I was introduced to Vicky Larouche, I was well served. She has experience and knows what she is talking about. They took back my Audi Q5 that was due in December and finalized everything. She found the exact car I was looking for, Gris Platine Métallique exterior and cuir blond interior, perfect. All transactions went really well and so did the "livraison" ceremony!!! I realized something went I got home, pertaining to the bagage cover and after reviewing it with Vicky she took care of it, thanks again Vicky. It seems Volvo Brossard has swapped out an entire new crew at the service department. The service I received was night and day comparing to two years ago my last visit (from meh to wow). Luc has been extremely polite. He took his time explaining my service details and made me feel like Volvo values me as a client. The level of professionalism has well surpassed Lexus and Mercedes. Luc makes my visit enjoyable at dealership again.
