I bought an XC60 B5 Volvo a couple of weeks ago here, service was amazing from the start. From the moment I was introduced to Vicky Larouche, I was well served. She has experience and knows what she is talking about. They took back my Audi Q5 that was due in December and finalized everything. She found the exact car I was looking for, Gris Platine Métallique exterior and cuir blond interior, perfect. All transactions went really well and so did the "livraison" ceremony!!! I realized something went I got home, pertaining to the bagage cover and after reviewing it with Vicky she took care of it, thanks again Vicky. Best service I’ve experienced at a car dealership and repair shop. We had an emergency on the road and stopped at the nearest Volvo dealership for a coolant issue. The staff handled it calmly and efficiently, fixed everything within 10 minutes, topped up the windshield washer fluid, and made sure the car was safe.
We had an appointment the day after, so we weren’t charged anything. Highly appreciated and highly recommended.
recently bought a used Volvo V60, and the previous owner had misplaced the locking nut for the mags. My girlfriend showed up at the Volvo Brossard drive-through, and the team immediately took great care of her. The staff was incredibly professional, helpful, and kind throughout the whole process.
They went above and beyond — even managed to find a replacement locking nut from a used vehicle, and didn’t charge a fortune for it. It’s rare these days to find this level of customer service and honesty at a dealership.
